The use of Olive Oil has been a family tradition for many generations.  My Grandfather was Sicilian and my ancestors have brought a lot of old Sicilian traditions and beliefs into our everyday lives.  I wasn't blessed with their olive complexion, dark eyes or dark hair, I am the complete opposite, fair skinned, blue eyes and light hair, I guess the Irish gene went all to me!
